Swan Creek Farm - Tree Farm, Horse Farm and Horse Rescue

At Swan Creek Equine Rescue we are focused on the care and well being of our hoofed friends. We are committed to promoting knowledge of proper horse care with a desire to create better communication and understanding between horse and owner.

We offer a safe haven for abused and neglected horses where they will receive the love, attention and proper veterinary care needed for their recovery. When the rescued horse has recovered fully it will be listed for adoption. All potential homes for our adoptee will be required to fill out an application. We will make every effort possible to place our rescues in homes where they will be lifelong members of the family.
Swan Creek Equine Rescue is located in south central Tennessee approximately one hour south of Nashville. Our horse rescue facilities provide the rescues with all necessary amenities for a safe and full recovery.

We are a non profit equine rescue. we operate solely on donations and support from people like you. All contributions are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
